A roofing company for Conroe, built for hail season

We've watched the storm chasers work this county after every hailstorm. We're the ones who are still here in the fall.

The Conroe Roof Works crew in front of their truck and trailer

Conroe Roof Works exists because of what happens in Montgomery County every spring. A storm crosses the county, and by the next morning the neighborhoods are full of trucks with out-of-state plates, clipboards and contingency agreements. Some of the roofs they put on are fine. A lot of them have felt where ice-and-water should be, reused flashings, old box vents left in a new roof, and a 'waived' deductible that turns into a denied claim. By October the trucks are gone and the homeowner is calling around for someone to fix it.

We build the other kind of roof: the deck inspected and repaired, the valleys sealed, the flashings new, a ridge vent so the attic can breathe in August, and a Class 4 shingle or a metal panel that can take the next hailstorm — with an itemized price, a certificate of insurance and the Class 4 form in your hand. We document storm damage the way adjusters expect and we meet them on the roof. We follow the deductible law because it's the law, and because it's how you keep your claim.

We're based in Conroe and we work the county: the lake, The Woodlands, Spring, Willis, Montgomery, Magnolia, Cut and Shoot, Porter and New Caney. We come to you — there's no showroom — and the phone is answered by a person at any hour.

How we work

What you can expect

Insurance in your hand first

Texas doesn't license roofers. A certificate of general liability and workers' compensation is sent before a ladder goes up. Ask every roofer for one.

A straight answer

Repair, claim, replace, or leave it alone. Half the roofs we inspect need nothing, and the report says so.

Itemized, 30-day price

Tear-off, decking per sheet, underlayment, shingles or panels, flashings, ventilation, haul-off — every line, so you can compare like with like.

Claims by the book

Documentation, adjuster meetings, approved-scope estimates, supplements for code items. No deductible games, no contingency contracts, no public-adjusting we're not licensed for.

Built for the attic, not just the street

Ridge vent, real intake, radiant barrier where it helps. A roof over a 150-degree attic dies young; ours don't have to.

Here in October

Local, year-round, with a warranty you can call about. The trucks with the out-of-state plates won't be.
