Pines, shade and the covenants
Three things drive Kingwood roofing. Pine debris: needles pack the valleys and gutters, and micro-mesh guards are the only ones that shed them. Covenants: each village association has an approved color range, and we keep the lists and bring samples from it.

Kingwood is inside the City of Houston, which permits roof replacement; the City of Humble permits its own; unincorporated Harris County addresses around them don't need one. We check the parcel.
My gutters fill with pine needles every month — what works?
