Reviews from Conroe customers
Conroe Roof Works is a new company, but the roofers who do the work are experienced. We would rather wait for real reviews than put up ones we wrote ourselves.
How a review gets onto this page
Nothing goes up here until a customer's job is done. When one of those customers posts a review on Google, Yelp or BBB, we add it to this page with a link back to the original, so you can check it for yourself. The page fills in as more jobs wrap up. If we've put a roof on your house, a review would mean a lot to us. Send us an email and we'll reply with the link.
No state license in Texas, so ask about insurance
Texas does not license roofers at the state level. That leaves insurance and reputation as the main things standing between you and a bad job. Before anyone climbs your roof, ask for a certificate showing general liability and workers' compensation coverage. If a roofer without that coverage gets hurt on your property, the problem can land on you. Ask for references here in the county too, ones you can actually pick up the phone and call. A roofer who holds the voluntary license from the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas (RCAT) is showing you a good sign. You'll get our certificate before any work starts.
What we owe every customer
- We arrive on the day and at the time we agreed to.
- We tell you honestly whether your roof needs work at all.
- You get a written price, and that stays the price.
- If you've filed a claim, we meet with your adjuster.
- Your roof gets the underlayment, flashings and ridge vent it actually needs.
- We run magnets over the yard to pick up stray nails.
- When we finish, you get the warranty and the Class 4 form.
- If something isn't right, we come back and fix it without an argument.
